Credit Analyst Job in Delhi at DMI Housing Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, bank statements, credit reports, and other financial data.
• Assess borrower’s repayment capacity and overall credit risk.
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal notes and risk assessment reports.
• Verify customer information, business stability, and income sources.
• Conduct ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial projections.
• Recommend approval, rejection, or modification of loan proposals.
• Ensure adherence to credit policy, compliance, and underwriting guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal teams for loan processing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and highlight early warning signals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and credit files.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• trong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Understanding of loan products (HL, LAP, Business Loans, etc.).
• Ability to interpret financial statements and tax documents.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
