Shaadi.com is hiring for the role of Creative Strategist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand, question, and sharpen stakeholder briefs and deliverables to deliver the best campaign for the customer
• Understand how social media platforms work at a deep and native level and leverage that expertise to exceed expectations on the campaign by deploying best practices in art and storytelling across media
• Conceptualize and execute video content for IG reels and Youtube
• Handle creative briefs on a day-to-day basis, collaborating with art partners and internal stakeholders to deliver results
• Oversee work from partner digital agencies
• Write everything from a digital film to a social post or influencer script
• Ideate and create fresh, insightful digital campaigns that are customer-focused and create delight
• Research to formulate ideas or support writing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years experience in web content creation in web media with leading online firms or with companies that have a prominent online presence
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects within deadlines
• Strong team player with effective collaboration and influencing abilities
