Eli Lilly & Company is hiring for the role of Creative Services Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update and evolve existing healthcare professional/patient/consumer communication copy independently and in partnership with Creative Services team and other colleagues.
• Update copy according to project brief requirements.
• Revise creative copy for tactics such as print ads, visual aids, direct mail, sales promotion, emails, banner ads, monographs, slide presentations, SOA content, social media content, and other projects as needed.
• Ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and that copy meets company standards of creative excellence.
• Write long descriptions for information presented in charts, graphs, tables, and other similar illustrations.
• Check documents for agreement between in-text information and the source data as well as for internal consistency.
• Embrace and follow brand creative criteria.
• Understand and comply with applicable requirements as defined by the Lilly USA quality system.
• Contribute to efforts to solve creative problems.
• Recognize and addresses important details with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field, English, Journalism, or a related degree
• 2 to 4 years of writing and editorial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or in related service industry (e.g., healthcare advertising/PR/medical communications agency)
