Eli Lilly & Company is hiring for the role of Creative Service Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create and obtain (In house/AOR) Source Files and Distribution Packages
- Ensure marketing materials are created/developed to meet requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with Lilly and non-Lilly partners to meet promotional materials requirements (delivery dates, regulatory/legal considerations, branding guidelines, etc.)
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Provide training and support to CSDs to maintain production and quality standards
- Communicate print specifications to production suppliers to gain estimates and timing early in the project (Email and Custombuy)
- Review new Distribution Packages to ensure files are built correctly and in alignment with Brand Standards
- Communicate with project team members in a timely manner to discuss project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of print production and advertising experience
- Experience working with supplier partners (e.g., printers, other suppliers)
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work proactively to address customer and overall business needs
- Works well independently and in partnership with others
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- High competence with standard IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects)
