Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design and Ideation: Design and produce a wide range of visual content for socialmedia, including graphics, images, infographics, videos, animations, and other creative assets.
• Motion Graphic Design Animation: Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various multimedia projects.
• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content, ensuring that it meets the intended creative direction and message.
• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards or visual narratives to plan and structure motion graphic and video sequences.
• Animation Creation: Animate graphic elements, text, and images to produce dynamic and engaging visuals for videos.
• Visual Effects: Implement special effects, transitions, and visual enhancements to elevate the quality and impact of motion graphics and video content.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage, including cutting, sequencing, and adding special effects and graphics.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize animation, motion graphics, and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create professional-quality content.
• Content Optimization: Adapt motion graphics and video content for various platforms and mediums, ensuring they meet specific requirements and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine animations and video content to ensure they align with the intended creative direction and brand identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with social media team, content creators, and other team members to integrate creative designs, motion graphics and video content seamlessly into social media projects.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, video production best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a high level of creativity and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in designing, animation, motion graphics, and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other industry- standard tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics, animations, and video projects that demonstrate creativity and technical skill.
• Excellent animation skills, video editing skills, and an understanding of motion design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual animations and video content.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and convey ideas to non-design stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
