Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define and manage the creative direction for social media video content
• Plan and structure video concepts, shoot schedules, and execution workflows
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, content creators, and designers
• Lead and direct on-location shoots at client sites
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform trends
• Review and guide post-production to maintain quality and storytelling standards
• Collaborate with the strategy and account teams for timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in video content creation and creative direction
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
• Practical exposure to shoot planning and on-site direction
• Ability to manage teams and handle client interactions professionally
