Qualcomm is hiring for the role of CPU SRAM Design Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop custom digital circuits for high-speed and low-power SRAM designs
- Assist in layout planning and supervision
- Work on functional verification
- Perform analysis steps necessary to generate all deliverable collateral models
- Interact with the CAD team to ensure proper and efficient model generation
- Interact with the Physical Design team to resolve memory PPA challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
