Macquarie is hiring for the role of Covenant Monitoring Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• you will be responsible for monitoring and managing high-volume data entry for private equity and hedge fund portfolios, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and financial covenants.
• Engaging with multiple CGM businesses, you will analyse client financial statements, ISDA, CSA and investment reports to extract critical data points for tracking and evaluation.
• You are expected to demonstrate a risk mindset responsible in escalating covenant breaches to front office and Risk Management Group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (CFA or pursuing).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 year of experience in private equity, hedge fund monitoring, or a related financial services role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain close working relationships.
• Comfortable working across different time zones.
