Cadence is hiring for the role of Course Production Engineer I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create websites and interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices and incorporate data from back-end databases and services.
• Design and manage the processes for teams, ensuring transparency and equilibrium.
• Ensure all web content is accessible on any device by developing or validating testing schedules for all browsers and devices.
• Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to create software designs.
• Create a detailed plan and initial models for a computer program.
• Convert software designs and specifications into functional code using the appropriate programming language.
• Integrate individual software solutions into higher-level systems.
• Test code to ensure it produces the desired results and debug when necessary.
• Perform upgrades to enhance the security and efficiency of software and systems.
• Participate in the entire software development process, which includes analyzing, designing, testing, and delivering the final product.
• Develop web applications using a variety of languages and technologies.
• Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.
• Use AI analysis to make strategy recommendations that align with company goals.
• Work with a team of machine-learning and data engineers to ensure seamless AI development and integration. 
• Stay current on AI knowledge, trends, and regulations.

Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other languages that support the web application
• Deep knowledge of programming languages such as ReactJs, node JS, Python, and GoLang
• Proven experience as a programmer or relevant role
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Angular JS, Django )
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Mango DB
• Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
• An analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code
• BE/BCA in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant discipline
• Understanding of full-stack web, including protocols and web server optimization standards
• Excellent knowledge of xAPI and understanding of the LRS system would be more beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of the SharePoint system and understanding/of creating the workflow, GUI using an internal system would be more beneficial
