Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage with potential students through various channels (phone, email, chat) to promote our educational courses.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand the educational requirements and career aspirations of prospective students.
• Provide comprehensive course consultations, offering tailored solutions to meet the needs of each student.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Follow up with potential students to provide additional information, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding market trends, student needs, and course improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
