Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, inquire about their needs, and offer assistance in finding products that meet their requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products offered, including their features, benefits, and usage, in order to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods as per company procedures.
• Suggest related products or complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales revenue.
• Monitor product inventory levels at the counter, restock shelves as needed, and inform the management team of low stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Seek assistance from the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure that the counter area and surrounding displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer interactions.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including security measures and data protection standards.
