AWL Logistics is hiring for the role of Corporate Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs to be aligned with company Goals and Objectives to meet organizational excellence
• Collaborate with departments, managers, and team members to understand the competency required for specific job roles
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
• Perform TNI/TNA aligned to required job skills and knowledge
• Prepare hard-copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, presentations and simulations
• Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials
• Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees
• Schedule appropriate training sessions through different methods and techniques to cater to different types of audiences

Requirements:

•  A minimum of a year of proven experience
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
• Open to travel to all locations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience of 2-3 years will be commendable
• Skilled and competent
• Listening and understanding capabilities
• Compassion, empathy, and patience are required
