Toast is hiring for the role of Corporate Security Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with other security team members on complex technical security assessment activities as part of a cross-functional team.
• Drive the next generation of security offerings as part of an overall strategy for Toast
• Solve complex challenges innovatively to drive solutions on the endpoint and cloud security stack.
• Perform vendor, system, and application security assessments with a risk management mindset
• Improve security posture through better use of monitoring, and automation scripting
• Improve security governance and processes
• Participate in security audits
• Manage and remediate internal Vulnerability management with IT Ops and Security Risk
• Troubleshoot environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)
• Investigate, engineer, deploy, troubleshoot, & support technologies for cyber threats and alert incident response.
• Collaborate, influence, and build consensus through teamwork.
• Adapt to changing situations and expectations and demonstrate the ability to make rational solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in cloud engineering or cybersecurity
• Knowledge of securing Amazon Web Services and/or cloud SAAS products
• Ability to script/program using development languages (e.g. Python, Ruby)
• Experience using MacOS systems
• Experience/Knowledge in endpoint and perimeter security
