CORPORATE RELATIONS Internship in Gurugram at Wayspire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a part of the Corporate Relations team, lead the corporate outreach initiative.
• Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporations with the primary objective of getting commitments from companies to hire graduates.
• Identify and approach potential corporate partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships,
• Sourcing opportunities for learners suitable to their profile and course exit roles.
• Build a stronger relationship with hiring partners.
• Collaborate with various influencers for affiliate marketing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students.
• Provide end-to-end placement services from resume preparation to linkedin profile creation.
• Mock interviews tailored to the needs of the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduation/Post Graduation - minimum 60%
• Strong communication skills
• Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Others:

• Working Days : 6 days' working(Saturday and Sunday is mandatory working)
• Probation Period : 4-6 Months

PACKAGE:

• During Probation Period(per month): INR 10,000 - 15,000
• Post Probation: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA (Based on performance)
