Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Outreach & Partnerships:

• Identify and connect with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers across companies. 
• Build partnerships with organizations to create job and internship opportunities for students. 
• Maintain and expand a strong corporate network across industries. 

Placement & Employer Engagement:

• Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions. 
• Facilitate student placements, interview scheduling, and hiring processes. 
• Organize placement drives, employer interactions, and job fairs.

Industry Mapping & Lead Generation:

• Research and identify potential hiring partners across sectors. 
• Maintain a database of companies, HR contacts, and job opportunities. 
• Continuously track industry hiring trends and emerging roles.

Student & Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with the training and academic teams to align student skills with employer expectations. 
• Guide students on company expectations and hiring processes. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate outreach, placements, recruitment, or business development. 
• Strong industry connections with HR professionals and hiring managers. 
• Good understanding of company hiring practices and job roles. 
• Has strong knowledge in Human Resources and Data Science  
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple corporate partnerships and placement pipelines. 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM tools for outreach.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with edtech, training institutes, or placement teams. 
• Strong knowledge of startup ecosystems and hiring trends. 
• Comfortable conducting corporate meetings and employer presentations.
