Accenture is hiring for the role of Corporate Mobility New Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Process work visas – collecting complete documents for processing invite letters/work permits.
• Respond with complete solutions to queries on visas (if needed with the help of Analysts, Senior Analysts/Specialists) within SLA.
• Real-time update of visa trackers and ServiceNow with each step and a weekly update on work permit status to applicants
• Approve the vendor invoices and Validating the documents against the invoice image.
• Interact with employees to validate Wbse.
• Work on the report (Allocation – Pre-Initiation – ServiceNow report)
• Work with Travel/Visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passports.
• Improve systems knowledge and communications skills
• Perform any projects/activities assigned by the Team Lead / Manager
• Correspondence – Able to draft emails using proper business communication language,
• Aptitude for customer service

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English in order to support customers from various countries and time zones
• Works well under pressure
• Willingness to experiment, improve and adapt to change
• Ability to identify what is imperative to act promptly, decisively and without delay.
• Intellectually curious and have a thirst for continuous learning.
• Good time management skills
