Key Responsibilities

A. Operational Excellence

• Monitor and support daily F&B; operations across all units. 
• Implement and maintain brand standards, SOPs, and service guidelines. 
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance. 
• Conduct operational audits and provide corrective action plans. 

B. Financial Performance

• Oversee food & beverage cost control. 
• Conduct menu engineering and profitability analysis. 
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting. 
• Monitor inventory management and vendor coordination. 

C. Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions for F&B; teams. 
• Develop training calendars and skill development programs. 
• Mentor managers and supervisors. 

D. Guest Experience 

• Analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality.
• Improve guest satisfaction scores. 
• Resolve escalated complaints. 

E. Menu Planning & Innovation

• Coordinate with chefs for menu planning. 
• Evaluate food presentation and consistency. 
• Introduce innovative concepts aligned with market trends. 

F. People Management

• Support HR in recruitment for F&B.; 
• Participate in appraisals and manpower planning. 
• Ensure grooming standards and discipline.

Qualifications & Experience
