Ecozen is hiring for the role of Corporate Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare high-quality business plans for equity and debt raise processes.
• Assist in business, financial, and legal due diligence processes for the company.
• Understand data requests from existing and prospective investors and lenders, gather necessary information, and prepare comprehensive responses with high accuracy.
• Coordinate and interact with lenders and investors to address queries and provide detailed responses for clarification and follow-up.
• Maintain compliance and reporting tracker updated with monthly/quarterly compliance and periodic covenant compliances.
• Track companies in the same domain, conduct financial analysis, and perform valuation exercises.
• Understand ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), SGD (Sustainable Development Goals), OECD standards, and assist in reporting.
• Document debt and equity raise processes and ensure timely disbursement of funds.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company), or Investment Banking.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of synthesizing information into clear and coherent presentations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional proficiency in creating compelling and visually impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
