Ecozen Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Corporate Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Preparing high-quality business plans updating for equity and debt raise process.
• Assisting in business, financial, and legal due diligence process for the company.
• Understanding the data requests from existing and prospective investors and lenders and gather necessary information. And prepare a comprehensive response while ensuring all deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy.
• Co-ordinating and interacting with the lenders and investors around their queries and preparing a detailed response for clarification and resolving the follow-up queries.
• Maintaining compliance & reporting tracker updated with respect to monthly/quarterly compliances with tracking of periodical covenant compliances.
• Tracking companies and conducting financial analysis and valuation exercises for the companies working in the same domain and tracking KPIs.
• Understanding of the ESG, SGD, OECD standards and assisting in the reporting
• Documenting debt raise & equity raise and getting the funds disbursed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, NBFC or Investment Banking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional proficiency in creating compelling and visually impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
