Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partnership Identification
  • Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
• Relationship Building
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiation and Contracting
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Planning and Collaboration
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive alliance and partnership strategy.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnerships with business objectives.
• Problem Resolution
  • Address any issues or conflicts that may arise in the course of partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to find solutions and ensure a positive working relationship.
• Market Analysis
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements: 

• Prior experience of working in a bank or handling banking clients would be preferred.
