Corporate Communications Specialist Job in Bangalore at Leap Finance

Leap Finance is hiring for the role of Corporate Communications Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write and edit compelling content for various corporate communication channels, including but not limited to press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with corporate messaging and objectives.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, and internal executives.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing and stakeholder management
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in writing for magazines, editorials, or media startups preferred
• Familiarity with employer branding concepts and internal communications strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
