Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client instructions, liaising with various teams across locations to prioritize and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage daily work and take on additional tasks, including projects and SSEs, efficiently.
• Demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service improvement and uphold Fidelity values
• Update member records following written procedures and supervisor guidance.
• Issue routine correspondence using standard templates while ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Adhere to Quality and Productivity standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of priority work.
• Handle mailbox and folder queries.
• Identify and raise process improvement and customer experience improvement ideas.
• Generate required reports and statements as per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling client-sensitive information.
• Handle additional admin and process-related responsibilities.
• Escalate potential issues on time and keep TL/AM informed of the situation.

Requirements:

• Understanding of mutual funds and other financial products offered in the UK financial services market.
• Possess good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and work well as a team player.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, handling mailboxes using Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in client services teams, interacting with clients through email/phone calls, and prior knowledge of the pensions process would be an added advantage.
