Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the execution point person for all brand publishing-related activities within the India market.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts.
• Proactively participate in brainstorming sessions with colleagues and senior managers to bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Maintain awareness of competitors' activities and understand the target audience.
• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy.
• Understand the nuances of copywriting for different platforms while maintaining ethos and persuasiveness.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the team and clients.
• Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion.
• Work on several campaigns simultaneously, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Liaise with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers, and printers.
• Keep up to date with popular culture and trends.
• Work closely as part of a multi-faceted team and maintain a close partnership with account teams managing the client's commercial relationship.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience, ideally involving extensive online exposure and social media campaigns.
• Demonstrable understanding of the online commercial publishing environment in India.
• A creative bent of mind with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills—be bold; think fresh, weird, and fun.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and coordinating with large teams.
