Coporate Sales Executive Job in Mumbai at Pushpa Prakash Films

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken cooperate sales representative to join our sales team, He will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

A top Cooperative Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Should be able handling Calls ( inbound and Outbound regarding the Product )
• Contact potential customers via telephone or other communication channels to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and following up with leads.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide product information and answer any queries or objections raised by customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirement

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets
