Marriott is hiring for the role of Coord-Human Resources!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Coordinate various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate and support employee orientation programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees when needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR activities.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related documentation and reports.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources coordination or assistant role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR functions simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs and priorities.
