Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- As a Loan Disbursement Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless transition of approved loan applications from the field sales team to disbursal.
- Your role will involve coordinating across departments, managing case closures, and overseeing key activities like customer engagement, fraud clearance, and document verification.
- Your focus will be on driving timely closures, ensuring compliance, and maximizing loan conversions.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Business) 1-3 years of experience in loan processing or financial services
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Knowledge of loan processing and financial documentation
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and commercial metrics
