• Designing conversational experiences for various platforms, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice interfaces.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Creating conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogues to facilitate natural and engaging interactions.
• Conducting user research and analysis to identify user preferences, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyzing conversational data to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Iteratively testing and refining conversational designs to optimize user experience and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with developers and engineers to implement conversational designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and user experience design.
• Providing guidance and training to team members on conversational design principles and techniques.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and drive decision-making.
