Controlling & Planning CoE Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Hitachi

Hitachi is hiring for the role of the Controlling & Planning CoE Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting and driving the execution of continuous process improvements.
• Ensuring process management, standardization, and innovation.
• Participating in regular process performance validation in order to enable KPI-based process performance steering.
• Managing key process stakeholder’s interactions.
• Reviewing the key identified process inefficiencies and misalignments vs. the Process Standards.
• Reviewing Balance sheet and P&L accounts.

Requirements:

• A master's degree in finance and accounting or professional Qualifications (CA or CMA or MBA finance).
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Controlling and Planning and controlling level.
• Proven Process Management knowledge and experience (e.g., finance process modeling, Business Process Management).
• Proficient in MS Office, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, good understanding of IT systems: ERP, knowledge in SAP - FICO module, Planning and reporting tools, and integrated solutions. Fluent in English and good communication skills mandatory.
