Control & Report Assistant Analyst - Tax Job in Gurgaon at PepsiCo

PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Control & Report Assistant Analyst - Tax!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support RCOE and Sector Tax Director in documenting and transitioning the HFM closing from Market to RCOE as per the timeline of the Sector HFM reporting team
• Support in the submission of FAS 109-related deliverables (actuals and forecast)
• Support in coordinating and reviewing tax reconciliations
• Preparing, reviewing, and uploading prior year top side adjustment entries in HFM
• Support RCOE and Sector tax director in harmonizing and simplifying HFM reporting
• Validating annual submissions and preparing templates for BU controller review.
• Support in analyzing financial results and Coordinate with cross-functional BU teams to gather information for submitting COC for review with the BU reporting Manager and Controller.
• Support RCOE and Sector Tax Director in data analytics and insights (creation) and support Sector Tax in increasing external data disclosure requirements, including the creation of Dashboard, Monthly Flash, and other management review files (including tax forecasts).

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or MBA
• Minimum: 2-3 years of relevant accounting-related experience
• Reporting experience: 1 year
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
• Self-starter
• Affinity with Microsoft Power apps, specifically PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Sharepoint
• Big Four experience is highly preferred
• Affinity with other Microsoft Apps and interoperability
• Process simplification
