Contracts Administrator Job at Cornerstone

Cornerstone is hiring for the role of Contracts Administrator!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Process various types of inbound contracts including master services agreements, license agreements, consulting agreements, and statements of work
• Shepherd the contracting process in its entirety
• Coordinate actions with internal procurement and legal teams, and other relevant internal departments as needed
• Serve as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation
• Meet quick turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environment
• High-volume data entry

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial legal documents
• Impeccable written and spoken English skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite required, proficiency with other tools such as document comparison software (e.g., Litera Compare) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work normal business hours of a U.S. time zone, ideally U.S. Eastern Standard Time, strongly preferred
• Legal or business background preferred
