Alvarez and Marsal are hiring for the role of Contract Analyst - Knowledge Management.

Responsibilties of the Candidate:

  • Knowledge Management
    • Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes at the end of each project/POV
    • Create, manage, and review the knowledge repositories
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
    • Provide internal training and consulting on KM concepts and methodologies
    • Understanding of collaborative tools and techniques to facilitate the knowledge management process
    • Manage subscriptions for the business unit
    • Come up with innovative and effective solutions to drive the knowledge management process
  • Business Development/Operations
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and deliverables for project teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and drive operational excellence
    • Participate in internal initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Define, implement, and improve internal processes and workflows
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal processes and propose recommendations for improvement
    • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various operational activities
    • Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process evaluation, and feedback collection
    • Develop and implement solutions that address identified challenges and drive continuous improvement
    • Collect, compile, and analyze data to identify gaps and performance trends
    • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to derive insights and recommend solutions
    • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
    • Support operational and administrative processes within the firm, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and project tracking
    • Streamline administrative tasks and enhance overall efficiency

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and derive insights from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
