Walter P Moore is hiring for the role of Content Writer- Infrastructure!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Create outline, and author responses to create a compelling story for the sections related to standard company information
• Co-ordinate with multiple teams to source and consolidate relevant information pertaining to project pursuits
• Assist the Pursuit Manager in developing and managing opportunity pursuit plans, response structure, schedules, and milestones
• Maintain compliance matrix against the RFI/PQQ/RFP requirements
• Manage proposal documents and the flow of information to and from proposal participants, including managing the CRM site, and monitoring document version control
• Set up meetings for proposal draft reviews
• Create a knowledge repository, reusable artifacts and maintain it for the latest and greatest data
• Formate and package the final response document for submission.

Requirements:

• A BA/BS degree with a specialization in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Must have or be able to develop proficiency in InDesign software. Graphic skills are a plus 
• Should be an expert in drafting sections like resumes, project team performance, and value which requires creative writing.
