Responsibilities:

• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
• Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner for a variety of audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with product changes and enhancements.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or similar.
