About the Job Profile

We’re looking for a Content Writer who will be responsible for assisting in the development of the brand’s marketing vision. As a Content Writer with FTL, you will be responsible for enriching the brand’s online presence with new blog posts, guides, articles along with social media and marketing copy. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, creating and proofreading articles, social media posts, and press releases before publication. You will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

• Write clear and concise marketing copy to promote our products/services

• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality content

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

• Create, curate and promote content on various digital channels

• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Academic Qualifications/ Skills required:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Business and/or Business

Communications preferred:

• Approximately 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the same or a similar role

• Strong written English skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a varied audience

• Effective presentation and communication skills (helpful for providing constructive and relevant feedback to customers)

• Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm and focused under pressure

• Ability to work on content from different domains closely related to Finance

• Logical and structured in thought and communication; ability to accurately comprehend ideas, expectations and concerns
