Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write, review, and ensure accuracy and clarity of lab and medical content
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and user engagement
• Utilize medical databases (e.g., PubMed, Medline, etc.) and trusted sources for content validation
• Develop and maintain content templates, SOPs, and style guides
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand content needs and gather feedback
• Manage team workflows, deadlines, and prioritize deliverables effectively
• Stay updated on lab diagnostics, medical terminology, and SEO trends
• Foster team communication, collaboration, and professional growth
• Support continuous process improvement and innovation in content development

Requirements:

• BDS with experience in writing diagnostic content
• MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Lab Technology with experience in medical/scientific content writing.
• 1-3 years of experience in medical or laboratory content writing, with proven expertise in SEO.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, medical terminology, and the principles of scientific validation.
• Proficient with CMS tools and SEO techniques (keyword research, content optimization)
• Experience in mentoring or coaching content teams preferred
• Knowledge of medical databases and research tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
