Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write insightful and engaging blog posts tailored to D2C e-commerce and consumer tech audiences.
• Repurpose existing content into bite-sized formats for social media, driving visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and video producers to create multimedia content, including videos and graphics.
• Ideate innovative content campaigns that align with Shopflo’s vision and objectives.
• Experiment with creative storytelling techniques to enhance brand resonance.
• Assist in refining the overall content strategy based on audience insights and performance metrics.
• Help build a scalable content process, ensuring seamless coordination with freelancers and internal teams.
• Monitor content performance metrics to inform decisions and identify areas of improvement.
• Take ownership of content ideation, development, and execution, paving the way to evolve into a content editor role.

Requirements:

• Must have: 2 to 4 years of strong copywriting and content writing skills with a flair for creative strategy.
• Good to have: Basic knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and video marketing. Video editing skills are a bonus.
• A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for engaging content.
• A proactive approach to learning, experimenting, and taking ownership of your work.
