Smartq is hiring for the role of Content Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Create content to assist in launches and client servicing, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with business needs.
• Write thoughtful, business-focused social media content to maintain brand, identity, and visibility and engage relevant audiences.
• Tracking content impact while actively contributing to launches.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure content is presented in a visually engaging way.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is grammatically correct, free of errors and consistent with the company’s tone of voice and branding.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in content writing, ideally within the F&B, Hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit our brand tonality and target audiences.
• Basic understanding of SEO and its role in content marketing.
• A passion for storytelling and an eagerness to learn about content strategy and brand building.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
