Headout is hiring for the role of Content Writer

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Curate compelling and engaging content.
• Writing clean copy to highlight Headout offerings, industry-specific research, liaising with our network of freelance content writers, sending out creative briefs, and working on CMS tools to upload and publish content across Headout.
• SEO research and content marketing to fill in gaps that will help increase traffic and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in writing content in digital content platforms, journalism, copywriting or publishing.
• Experience in editing and proofreading, with a good understanding of user needs and relevance of content.
• Working knowledge of SEO to track the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to improve it by implementing best practices for on-page optimization.
• Effective use of CMS to upload and update content.
• Ability to intuitively understand user needs and the relevance of content 
• Enjoy problem-solving
