Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handling minor managerial tasks.
• Researching and writing product descriptions, reviews, articles, etc. as per the brief.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and originality of content.
• Developing user-friendly content.
• Incorporating keywords as required for SEO.
• Proofreading to ensure clean copy.
• Understanding customer & product needs (explicit and implicit) and aligning writing to deliver as per requirements.
• Communicating with customers on behalf of the project manager for updates and query resolution when requested.
• Understanding internal client needs (explicit and implicit) and ensuring collaborative & healthy working relationships.
• Understanding customer and reporting manager instructions.
• Reporting self and teamwork status to reporting managers.
• Collaborating with peers and teamwork.
• Communicating with customers on behalf of the project manager for updates and query resolution when requested.
• Ensuring conduct as per company policies and value systems.
• Ensuring adherence to processes while carrying out required work.
• Ensuring writing is of top quality.
• Reporting results of work and providing timely status updates to reporting managers as required.
• Ensuring productivity goals are met and exceeded in carrying out day-to-day tasks.
• Keeping yourself updated on the latest subject matter knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical writing
• Proof Reading & Copy Editing existing content based on clients' briefs & keywords
• Social media content development
• Generating Social Media Content
• Excellent Command of the English Language
• Experience in blog & article writing
• Fresher candidates with Good written English skills will also considered
• Candidates from journalism & Mass Comm Backgrounds will be proffered
