PhonePe is hiring for the role of Content Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write, review, and edit high-quality technical support documentation by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Draft simple and easy-to-understand help content that facilitates easy and accurate multi-language translation
• Ensure that the content adheres to the company’s tone of voice, product branding, and style standards
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date as processes evolve
• Improve the documentation processes, standards, and overall documentation quality
• Improve content quality by incorporating feedback shared by customers and internal teams as well as through analysis of data
• Draft interactive chatbot content, work on new interaction models, and aid 1,500+ customer support executives deliver an experience that is par excellence
• Take on various communication requests that hit the communication team's inbox for Payment Gateway. Also, as we own merchant communication, we need someone who is flexible and can easily adapt to the dynamic nature of the service industry

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years experience as a technical writer [experience creating support content will be an added advantage]
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of creating technical guides, how-to developer documents, FAQs, and so on
• A communication specialist who can collaborate with multiple verticals/teams
• Should be well-versed in using tools for technical writing
• Experience in working with customer experience teams will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, or related fields
