Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 junior Content Specialists, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and learn new processes
• Conduct quality audits and content audits to ensure alignment with best practices and client expectations
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the content delivered
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for optimizing production processes and enhancing overall content quality
• Identify opportunities for team growth and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on audit findings to improve content effectiveness and usability
• Utilize content expertise to contribute to the development of best practices and protocols for content management and quality assurance
• Manage scorecards to monitor and assess team performance against KPIs, providing timely and constructive feedback to consultants to recognize their achievements and address areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other team leadership for process improvement, project efficiency, and additional recommendations to our client
