AI Monks is hiring for the role of Content Specialist !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics
• Contribute in building and improving world-class content for the readers
• Proofreading articles before publication
• Conducting simple keyword research & using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promoting content on social media
• Build, Manage and Grow a team of interns and freelancers who contribute to our growth as our external members
• Co-ordinate and manage with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mind set and zeal to get things done, no matter what the challenges are
• Ability and will to learn new things on the go. We understand that no one knows everything; what matters is ability and will to learn new things as you move ahead.
• Good communication skills – written and oral
• Customer focus – we are truly obsessed with our customer service. We want our customers to be our promoters – if their knowledge grows, we grow with them
• Throw ideas at us, challenge us in our discussions – we love to get challenged and we don’t believe in hierarchical chain of command. You will work with us, discuss with us, brainstorm with us.
• WordPress, SEO techniques, Microsoft Word and basic graphic designing are the skills we are looking for in the candidate.
• No experience bar – even freshers can apply.
• No specific education background – what matters most to us are the skills and zeal to grow with an early stage start-up.
