Whatfix is hiring for the role of Content Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure Creation and maintenance of course content for the Whatfix certification program. 
• Interact with internal stakeholders and collect feedback about the certification program. 
• Work closely with the product team to create training materials for internal and external audiences about the latest product features. 
• Work with the video editing team to create AV course content.

Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good authoring and documentation skills 
• Created user guides or Instructional manuals for internal or external audiences 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and design walkthroughs to navigate them 
• Thinks creatively and drives innovation 
• Has strategic and critical thinking skills 
• Should manage complex and concurrent projects 
• Possesses the ability to work with a diverse set of people 
• Shows strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines 
• Experience working for a SaaS product-based company preferred 
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• Flexible to work in EMEA shift (1 PM - 10 PM)
