Amazon is hiring for the role of Content Reviewer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review websites/ ad creative/ video for content quality based on Content Guidelines.
- Check ad content with quality and accuracy
- Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns
- Recommend generic pattern to translate into rules
- Escalate questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team
- Prepare and maintain Training documents, SOPs & any other documents
- Prepare weekly process reports & sending out to the concerned people
- Monitor workflow and re-assignment in the team & handle shift issues, daily stand-ups, updates and escalations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
