Key Responsibilities:
Webinar & Demo Hosting
- Plan, schedule, and host weekly/biweekly webinars covering:
- StockZ product walkthroughs
- New feature launches and updates
- Educational/training sessions on trading and investing
- Third-party product integrations demo
- Break down complex concepts (trading tools, indicators, market data, etc.) into simple, engaging narratives for different audience segments.
- Ensure high-quality delivery using visual aids, user flows, and screen-sharing tools.
- Conduct Q&A sessions, handle live audience interaction confidently.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, product, and marketing teams to:
- Understand pain points, new features, and user queries.
- Align webinar content with product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
- Maximize webinar attendance through coordinated promotions.
Competitor Monitoring
- Attend competitor-hosted webinars and industry sessions.
- Analyze competitor demos, USPs, and positioning strategies.
- Compile and share actionable insights and trends with internal teams to improve StockZ positioning.
Content Development
- Script webinar flow and create outlines for educational sessions.
- Work with the design/content team to develop:
- Slides, demo videos, product walkthroughs
- Promotional content for webinar invites (emails, LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp messages)
- Maintain a repository of past webinars and recorded sessions.
Audience Engagement & Growth
- Track attendee metrics and engagement during sessions.
- Share post-webinar feedback forms and track satisfaction/learning scores.
- Recommend formats/topics based on audience behavior.
- Regularly brainstorm and suggest new content themes to boost retention and reach.
Basic Trading & Investment Knowledge
- Explain essential trading/investing concepts (market orders, intraday vs delivery, MTF, option strategies, etc.).
- Help bridge product functionality with trading use-cases for users (retail investors, new traders, etc.).
Performance Tracking
- Prepare reports on:
- Webinar attendance, engagement rates, registration-to-attendee conversion
- Competitor insights and new feature comparisons
- Popular topics and FAQs from each session
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in hosting webinars, client presentations, or educational content delivery (preferably in fintech, stock market, SaaS, or EdTech).
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills (Hindi + English preferred).
- Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, OBS Studio, or other webinar tools.
- Understanding of stock trading basics and investment instruments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a brokerage, trading platform, or fintech startup.
- Ability to edit videos or create screen recordings.
- Content writing skills for scripting and social media captions.
- Certification in NISM or any stock market training is a plus.
