Youtube is hiring for the role of Content Partner Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify, drive and optimize the business flow from existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies with our strategic partners.
- Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of our partner’s technical issues.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Manage and support partners and stakeholders in India.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with Internet video technologies (e.g., Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions, video or audio codecs, live streaming, 360/VR, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Indian internet and media ecosystems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
