Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Content Creation: Develop and execute content across various formats, including blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, and videos.
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with marketing goals and brand messaging.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts for social media platforms, analyze performance, and optimize based on insights.
• Thought Leadership: Produce industry-relevant content that positions Nova Benefits as an expert in employee benefits and HR solutions.
• Analytics: Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content marketing in a full time role with corporates or agency
• Proven ability to write engaging and error-free content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Proven track record on building a self brand on social media, especially linkedin or instagram
• Analytical mindset with basic awareness of tools like Google Analytics and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for storytelling and a strong creative vision.
• Experience in HR, employee benefits, or B2B SaaS industries is a plus.
