inFeedo is hiring for the role of Content Marketer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute content distribution strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Identify key target audiences and tailor social media approaches to effectively reach and engage them.
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored for each platform, including text, images, video content, carousels, and newsletters.
• Conceptualize and create high-quality brand videos that align with the brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the design team/ video agency to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and people science, to align content creation and distribution efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Stay informed about product updates, company news, and customer news to incorporate into distribution and promotion strategy.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategies and improve key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation with at least 1 year of experience in the HR Tech industry.
• You have experience owning projects independently and taking them to closure with minimal supervision.
• Have a strong portfolio of published content across formats (Video, blog, e-books, case study).
