Responsibilities of Candidate:

•  In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Requirements:

• Analyzing and Reviewing Content: Content moderators need to critically evaluate user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to identify any violations or issues. This involves a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot discrepancies.
• Issue Resolution: Moderators must effectively investigate, escalate, and resolve reported issues from users or flagged by the system. This requires problem-solving skills to determine the appropriate action to take, whether it's content removal, user warnings, or other measures.
• Handling Challenging Content: Given the potentially objectionable and sensitive content encountered, moderators need to develop strategies for dealing with difficult or distressing material. This involves coping mechanisms and decision-making to ensure emotional well-being.
• Adaptability: Content moderators must adapt to changing situations and evolving content standards. Problem-solving in this context means staying up-to-date with the latest guidelines and making quick decisions to address emerging issues.
• Safety Protocols: Moderators should have problem-solving skills to ensure their own safety, especially when dealing with content that may include flashing lights or potentially harmful material. They need to know how to protect themselves and respond to safety hazards.
• Well-Being Support: Active participation in Accenture's well-being support program is crucial for problem-solving related to individual and collective well-being. This involves identifying and addressing well-being issues, seeking appropriate support, and promoting a healthy work environment.
