Content Executive (CRM) Job in Bangalore at PhonePe

PhonePe is hiring for the role of Content Executive (CRM)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Collaborate closely with the Content, Engineering, and Data Science teams to plan, develop, and execute effective monthly campaigns across various channels like push notifications and email marketing
• Craft compelling content, design A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum user engagement
• Leverage data insights provided by the Data Science team to personalize campaigns, target specific user segments and measure campaign performance
• Work across various channels like push notifications, emails, and potentially SMS, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless user experience
• Manage day-to-day CRM operations, involving tasks like user segmentation, creating targeted contact lists, and analyzing user behaviour data
• Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, analyze results, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns
• Stay informed on mobile app user engagement trends, best practices in push notifications and email marketing, and evolving user behaviour patterns within the Indian mobile app market

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
• Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and best practices in mobile app marketing.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
• Passion for mobile apps and a keen interest in the Indian tech landscape
